In this talk, we will provide a behind-the-scenes view of the digitalization program of a large industrial company to optimize value streams and accelerate its pace of innovation.

Largely influenced by the “IT Revolution Library”, the well-established industry leader wants to take advantage of a “You Build It, You Run it” approach, organized following “Team Topologies”, Amazon mechanisms such as PR/FAQ and two pizza teams, Lean, and a great Developer Experience (DevEx).

We will share gaps that we found along the way, and how we overcame them so that we can wire the best winning organizations.

This is day 1 of a 10-year transformation journey which we would like to share with you, and hear feedback.
